A draft AI Acceptable Use Policy is currently under review and is designed to help employees understand how AI can be used safely, responsibly, and effectively while protecting confidential company, employee, and guest information.

As AI tools become more common in both our personal and professional lives, it is important that we establish clear guidance that supports employees while maintaining the high standards of privacy, security, and professionalism that our organization expects. The proposed policy focuses on protecting sensitive information, ensuring that only approved AI tools are used for company business, and emphasizing that employees must always review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it in their work. 

We also recognize that not everyone works from a desk, uses a computer regularly, or interacts with technology in the same way. Whether you work on the mountain, in housekeeping, patrol, lifts, maintenance, guest services, or an office environment, company policies still apply to all of us. That is why Human Resources is committed to making sure important policy updates are communicated in a way that reaches every employee, not just those who spend their day behind a screen.

As this policy continues through the review process, HR will work to keep employees informed about developments, answer questions, and provide education on what the policy means in practical terms.
