Every winter season starts long before the first snowflake falls. Behind the scenes, many of pieces of paperwork need to be completed so we can hire, train, schedule, and prepare our teams for a successful season.

That's why we're offering a special thank-you to employees who help us get a head start.

All winter employees who complete their onboarding paperwork by September 30 will receive free admission to one of the first three nights of 13 Nights (October 1, 2, or 3) for themselves, one guest, and any dependents under the age of 21.

The best part? There's nothing extra you need to do beyond completing your required paperwork. No contests, no complicated sign-ups, and no special forms. Simply finish your onboarding documents by the deadline and you'll be on the eligibility list.

How to know if you completed everything successfully?

HR sends out an email notifying every employee who completed paperwork that they are fully done. If you have questions about your status, please reach out to hr@jiminy.com.

How to access the benefit

Make sure you are fully complete with paperwork and simply come to the 13 Nights ticket window (located in Guest Services) with a current ID. Enjoy the haunt!

Why do we offer this reward?

Early paperwork helps everyone. When employees complete their forms ahead of time, our teams can focus on preparing departments, creating schedules, issuing passes, planning training, and ensuring everything is ready for opening day. It reduces last-minute stress and helps us provide a smoother experience for both employees and guests once the season begins.

Of course, we also wanted to make the reward something fun. 13 Nights has become one of Jiminy Peak's most popular fall traditions, and this benefit gives employees an opportunity to enjoy the haunt with family and friends before the busy winter season gets underway.
