At Jiminy Peak, we're always looking for ways to make employment here more rewarding. This year, we're excited to introduce enhancements to our employee ski benefits that give you more opportunities to enjoy the mountain and share the experience with family and friends.

Introducing "Share the Snow Days"

On three designated dates this season, every active employee in good standing can bring one guest to ski or ride with them for free.

Share the Snow Days Dates

1. January 10, 2027

2. February 11, 2027

3. March 4, 2027

These guest tickets are completely separate from your regular complimentary ticket benefits and will not reduce the number of tickets received at the beginning of the season or tickets earned throughout the winter (for paid seasonal staff).

How it works

Participation is easy:

1. Be an active employee in good standing.

2. Bring one guest and enjoy a day on the mountain together.

3. Present your current ID at the ticket window.

Please note that the ticket is valid for that day only.

No earned tickets are required, and no special sign-up is needed.

These changes are a direct result of employee feedback. Many of you told us that spending time on the slopes with the people you care about is one of the most meaningful benefits of working at Jiminy Peak.

Our hope is that these changes make it easier for you to create memories and experience everything that makes Jiminy Peak such a special place. We look forward to seeing you and your guests on the slopes this winter!
