Every August, we face a familiar challenge as many of our college employees head back to school. While we're excited for them as they continue their education, their departure creates staffing gaps during one of the busiest parts of our Adventure Park season.

This year was no exception. What made the difference was the incredible willingness of employees from departments across the resort to step in and help.

Whether you worked a few extra shifts, learned a new role, adjusted your schedule, or simply said "yes" when help was needed, your support allowed us to keep rides operating, serve our guests, and continue delivering the experience families expect when they visit Jiminy Peak.

What stands out most is that this wasn't the work of any one department. It was a true team effort. Employees from across the resort came together with a shared commitment to helping one another and supporting our guests. That kind of teamwork cannot be taught. It is part of what makes Jiminy such a special place to work.

On behalf of the Adventure Park team, thank you for your flexibility, your positive attitude, and your willingness to lend a hand when it was needed most. Your efforts helped us get through a challenging period and reminded us once again that when one department needs support, the entire Jiminy family answers the call.
