As we bring the winter season to a close here at Jiminy Peak, we want to take a moment to congratulate every one of you on a fantastic few months of hard work, teamwork, and dedication. This winter was filled with long days, unpredictable weather, and plenty of busy weekends (and snow), and through it all, you showed the professionalism and spirit that make this mountain such a special place to work.

Across every department, your efforts truly shined. From the lift teams who kept our guests moving safely and smoothly, to snowmaking and grooming crews who worked through the coldest nights to deliver the best possible conditions, to our front line staff who brought warmth to every guest interaction; you each played a vital part in making this season a success.

This winter also highlighted just how strong our internal teamwork has become. Managers and supervisors supported their crews with thoughtful check‑ins, departments collaborated seamlessly through the adoption of a new system (Hello Flaik!), our Ski Patrol team executed a night evacuation, and really everyone stayed committed to creating a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests. It’s not just the mountain that makes Jiminy Peak unique, it’s the people who bring it to life each day.

As we transition into spring and gear up for our next chapter of seasonal operations, take a moment to appreciate what we accomplished together. You made this winter amazing, and we couldn’t be prouder or more grateful.
