Employee holding a farewell card

Celebrating Nearly 30 years of dedication

Happy Retirment, Glenn Rosse!

At the end of July, Jiminy Peak said goodbye to a remarkable employee and friend as Glenn Rosse begins his well-earned retirement.

Glenn joined the Jiminy Peak crew on August 5, 1996, beginning a career that would span nearly three decades. Over the years, he became a familiar face across the resort and a trusted member of the Buildings Maintenance team. His knowledge, dependability, and commitment to excellence helped ensure that countless projects were completed and that our facilities remained safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and employees alike.

In 2021, Glenn stepped into the role of Buildings & Grounds Manager, bringing the same steady leadership and dedication that had defined his career. Whether tackling daily maintenance challenges, managing long-term projects, or supporting other departments, Glenn approached his work with professionalism and a willingness to help wherever needed.

A little more than a year ago, Glenn shared his plans to retire in 2026. Through careful planning and mentorship, he helped ensured a smooth transition by building a strong team and sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with Brian Tatro, who has been guiding the department ever since. With him, the Buildings Maintenance team is well-positioned for continued success.

While it is never easy to say goodbye to someone who has been such an important part of our organization, we are excited for Glenn as he begins this next chapter. Retirement is a well-deserved opportunity to spend more time doing the things he enjoys, creating new memories, and embracing new adventures.

On behalf of everyone at Jiminy Peak, thank you, Glenn, for your nearly 30 years of service, leadership, friendship, and dedication. your contributions have left a lasting impact on the resort and on the many people who have had the privilege of working alongside you.

We wish you happiness, good health, and many wonderful years ahead.

Congratulations and happy retirement, Glenn!
